Asalamualaikum

 nk citer pasal oreo cheese cake .

yum...yummm sedap nyer....

 nk tau resepi dy..

bab da ske sgt cake nie..

jarang2 dapat mkn cake ni..

Bahan-bahan ( 1 tin kek bulat (diameter : 10 inci) )

• :: BASE ::
  120 g Oreo biscuits yang dikisar (biskut sahaja)
• 120 g mentega cair
• :: FILLING ::
  (A)
  2 biji kuning telur
• 120 g gula
• 160 ml susu
• (B)
  250 g cream cheese
• 2 1/2 sudu besar gelatin dicairkan dalam 6 sudu besar air mendidih
• 250 g whipping cream (dipukul sedikit) [selalunya dijual dalam paket mcm susu kotak di bahagian diary products di supermarket]
• 1/2 sudu besar jus limau (lemon)
• Krim dari biskut Oreo yang digunakan dalam BASE
• 2 keping biskut Oreo yang dipecahkan kecil (untuk menjadikan cake berbintik hitam)

Cara-cara 

1. BASE: Campurkan biskut dan mentega. Tekankan dalam baking tin bulat yang boleh dibuka bawahnye. Letakkan dalam peti sejuk untuk membiarkan basenya mengeras. 

 

2.       Masak bahan-bahan dalam (A) atas double boiler. Kacau sehingga mendidih dan sebati. [Jika tiada double boiler, letakkan periuk kecil dalam periuk besar yang diisi air, pastikan tiada air masuk periuk kecil dan masak bahan2 dalam periuk kecil - mcm dalam gambar]

 

3     Pukul cream cheese sehingga lembut dan masukkan bahan-bahan lain dalam (B). Pukul sehingga sebati. Masukkan bahan (A) yg telah di'double-boil'kan tadi

 

4.            Tuangkan dalam Base yang disediakan dalam step 1. Sejukkan dalam peti sejuk (bukan freezer) selama 2-3 jam 

 

    :: Variasi Satu ::
kalau tanak gunakan Oreo, leh juga digantikan dengan biskut marie, tetapi gula perlu ditambah 20g 

:: Variasi Dua ::
kalau nak buat Blueberry cheesecake, lepas tuangkan dalam base, masukkan 2-3 sudu besar blueberry pie filling dan kacau sedikit. Setelah kek keras, letak selebihnya di atas
